Shipping Policies

Canada Post Strike (November 2024):

Please note that the Canadian Union of Postal Workers strike has been suspended as of December 17, 2024. We will continue to avoid shipping with Canada Post to limit delivery delays.

Order Processing:

We process orders from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm. As such, if you place your order after 5pm, or on weekends, we won't begin processing it until the next business day. It may take 1-3 business days to process your order as some of our garments are embroidered during this period. The day we finish processing your order will be the day it is dropped off at a postal office. This timeline may be interrupted by holidays and other unforeseen circumstances. 

Email Notifications: You can expect an email immediately after placing your order, which will confirm your details. You can then expect another email 1-3 business days after placing your order with your shipment tracking number. If you haven't received the tracking number after 4 business days, please reach out with your order number to info@noualy.ca.

Domestic Shipping:

We offer a $16 flat shipping rate across Canada. All packages ship tracked with the best delivery option for your location. Typically packages will take 2-5 business days to reach your door, depending on how far you are from our home office in Waterloo, Ontario. Your order will arrive in a cardboard box to allow for easy recycling and enhanced protection.

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of Canada. We are expanding and hope to reach the United States and other countries by the end of 2025!

Free Local Delivery:

We offer free local delivery within 10km of our location. Local deliveries are made daily from 4pm-8pm. When your order is ready for delivery (refer to order processing), you will receive an email letting you know we are on the way! Your order will arrive in a cardboard box to allow for easy recycling and enhanced protection.

Getting Local Delivery: To receive free local delivery, enter your address at checkout and choose the local delivery option. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is unfortunately not eligible for local delivery. Please note in the order comments your entry code or other delivery instructions. We will knock and drop the package at your doorstep unless otherwise indicated.
