Custom Embroidery

Hello! If you're interested in bulk ordering a set of garments with something custom embroidered, please read through this whole page and then send us a message using the form below or by contacting us at custom@noualy.ca! 

Order Quantity (5-25):

We have a minimum garment quantity of 5 and a maximum of 25.

Noualy Apparel Catalog: We offer a discount from our regular priced catalog with no embroidered Noualy Apparel branding. Please note, some garments from our catalog may have low stock in certain colors and styles. Though we will do our best to source out of stock garments, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Blanks.ca Catalog: If you would like to provide your own garments or want to use a different brand of blank, we are also able offer any garments that are available from blanks.ca. This is a cheaper alternative with more colors and styles available.

Design Digitization:

We charge a one time digitization fee per design. This fee is calculated by the amount of time it takes to manually digitize the file. We offer three canvases for your design (in inches): 2x1, 4x4, and 5x7. After we have digitized your design, you can order as many garments as you want with this file. Minor edits to the file are charge at $5 per edit.

Timeframe:

In total, we estimate turn around time to be 2-3 weeks (We may be able to rush orders). We'll keep you updated the whole time. 

1-3 business days: Digitization

5-7 business days: Sourcing blank garments

1-3 business days: Garment embroidering

Shipping:

Customers will be responsible for shipping charges. All packages ship tracked with the best delivery option for your location or are delivered locally if you are within Kitchener-Waterloo. We may offer pickup options as well.
