Return Policies

Returns:
We have a 10-day return policy. This means you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your garment(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, unwashed, and with tags. If you have any questions or to start a return, you can contact us at info@noualy.ca. Exceptions apply.
Damages and Other Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@noualy.ca, if the item is: defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. This way we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping:
If your return is accepted, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you haven't received your funds after more than 15 business days, please contact us at info@noualy.ca.
